DOUBLE VODKA AND BLACKCURRANT was supported by Northern Ireland Screen/BFI Network. The film is a slice-of-life piece which portrays the midweek, hungover experience of friends living together for university in Belfast. The project blends the grounded, observational, and fly on the wall style of realist cinema with the humorous experiences that occur when you’re a student and surrounded by close friends.
